Who doesn’t love a Randall Model 1? Personally I’d wanted one since high school and finally bought my first one in 2000. But I’ve always wanted to try my hand at making one too. Model 1-5s are rarely seen, and every time I do see one I dig it. So that’s what I made.

The steel is O1 of course; Number 97 has a bead blasted blade finish with a black paper Micarta handle. Number 98 is fully polished, and honestly -- this is my best mirror finish to date. The single finger grip handle is Goncalo Alves. All the fittings are 416 SS. Hope you like them.
